One of ARAHA’s longest running and most successful programs, the dairy goat program helps struggling families supplement their income and nutrition by providing a dairy goat. The milk they provide can be used to supplement daily nutritional needs or sold to generate income. When the goat reproduces, their offspring are given to other community members to create a ‘pay-it-forward’ system.
