At ARAHA we believe in the importance of keeping the orphan within the family unit, rather than building orphanages, we ensure that the orphans are with the nearest of kin. In addition, we keep orphan siblings together. This way, they are comfortable, and in a familiar environment. But sometimes you may have guardians who are living in difficult situations and might not have the proper shelter to accommodate orphans.
Having a roof over your head is one of the most important rights we have as human beings. Nonetheless, there are many instances where people can’t afford to have a proper shelter. Especially in rural areas where you could find a family of six crammed into a small hut due to poverty. You can help us provide adequate shelter for the guardians of the orphans who don’t have sufficient living space.
